Description
Cozy studio apartment with spectacular sea views. Situated on the third floor of a residential building, its balcony offers spectacular views over the bay of Las Palmas and its large beach "Las Canteras".
COVID-19 Security Measures. The health and safety of our guests and staff is our priority. This accommodation has got Hygiene and disinfection protocols, specific for COVID-19. A mandatory 24-hour security period has also been established between departures and arrivals of guests.
The apartment is built in a loft style, but the kitchen is separated from the living areas. It has two comfortable single beds and a sofa-bed in the living area. The equipment does include a washing machine, an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer to name just a few items. Air conditioning and wifi are included.
The beach of "La Puntilla" area is located at the end of the Las Canteras beach promenade and is the best beach, speaking in terms of safety. Las Cantera was considered in 2016 as one of the best urban beaches in the world, with a natural barrier of rocks, that converts this part of the beach into a giant, natural swimming pool.
The whole area of Las Canteras is vivacious. Its almost 4km-long promenade offers a great gastronomic and cultural variety. It is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxed urban and multicultural atmosphere, the Atlantic Ocean, the fabulous "Canteras" city beach and one of the best climates in the world.
