It has parquet floor, living room with sofa and flat screen TV. Kitchen area with hob, microwave and coffee maker. A bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub, has a hair dryer. The apartment has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Unbeatable communication with taxi, subway, train and buses. The apartment is 400 meters from the Valencia-Nord train station and the Xàtiva metro station from where you can reach the airport by direct route in just over half an hour.

The establishment is a 5-minute walk from the Central Market (the largest center in Europe dedicated to fresh produce with 8,200 m2) and the Silk Exchange (15th century, declared a World Heritage Site).
