Spacious apartment on the seafront in the area of Taliarte, Telde. It is a very quiet area, with nearby beaches that are suitable for children and families in general.

The views from the balcony overlook the seafront and the small, picturesque port of Taliarte. This promenade connects several beaches in the area, the largest and best known being Melenara Beach, and is ideal for a long, quiet walk, where you can enjoy the sea breeze at all times.
On Melenara beach there are several restaurants that are well known by the locals of the area. For example, in the restaurant of "La Rubia" one should try the warm salad. They all offer fresh local fish and seafood. A real delight for lovers of good food.
The apartment is located in a very quiet block of flats. You can appreciate the tranquility at any time of the day and night. As it has two bathrooms it is ideal for a large family.
There are plenty of parking possibilities in the area.
