Both rooms have air conditioning; 🛁 2 full bathrooms; ☃️ air conditioning. This apartment is located approximately 5 minutes from Ipanema Beach and just 4 minutes from the metro, as well as being surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars, ideal for enjoying the best of the city. For everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices: ⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our office. ⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law). ⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the list cannot enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of it in different bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability. ⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please take care with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit. ⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. ⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use). ⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building. ⚠️ The stay in the space is exclusive for the registered guests, and the entry of other people is not allowed. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes. ⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am.
