In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:
⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave it here at our office.
⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).
⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.
⚠️ When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.
⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.

Rented an apartment for a week during the carnival period at a price of 800 USD per day! Yes, it's expensive. Carnival. What to do? But if you rent an apartment for a high price - clean it up, clean it up! Be careful with your tenant! Total: the apartment has a dirty floor. Small trash, someone's hair. Carpets are dirty with stains. Wrote to the company - no one moved. The rooms are mosquito fumigators with empty containers. Asked to change - zero response! required to send passports in advance. Specify the card details and sign for direct debiting of money if you spoil something.
Entrance to the apartment by code. It is very comfortable. No need to carry keys with you. But the batteries are dead in the castle! We stayed outside. All night long. No one answered calls/whatsapp/emails. Passports inside the apartment - without passports, another hotel could not be rented. for this money we stayed for the whole night on the street!!! Only at 9 am answered the call and opened the door. the attitude towards guests is absolutely indifferent! |
