This apartment is located in the same building where the iconic film "Girl from Ipanema" was shot, which turned Ipanema into one of Rio de Janeiro's main postcards.

Located just a few steps from Ipanema beach, this apartment is also surrounded by the best restaurants, markets and stores in the area. In addition, it is just a 4-minute walk from Nossa Senhora da Paz Metro Station, offering easy access to explore the city.
Note: the apartment is on the roof and you have to climb a flight of stairs. There is no window with a view.
Important: In order to have the most transparent communication possible, we warn you that work is taking place in the neighboring building on weekdays during the hours in accordance with Rio de Janeiro's silence law (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave it here at our office.
⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).
⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.
⚠️ When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.
⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.

La cama si bien es muy cómoda, no podría ser para 2 personas. Es demasiado chica.
