Free check in between 3 and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., please coordinate with us, as there is an extra cost that, depending on the time, can be up to €150 per reservation.
The total expenses for electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of €50/month for each of the bills. If the amount of any bill for a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example. If one month the amount of the electricity bill is €60, the tenant must pay €10 at the time it is claimed.
Parties and noisy gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
