Welcome to my charming and elegant apartment in the heart of the city! It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Madrid: all the comforts are provided to make you feel at home. It is an elegant apartment, fully equipped near Malasaña, ideal for traveling alone or as a couple, a few minutes from the mythical Plaza del Dos de Mayo and Plaza Olavide. There are several tapas bars in the area. It is perfectly located a few streets from Fuencarral, which makes it a perfect place to go out and enjoy the most authentic Madrid. All tourist areas such as Plaza de Sol or Gran Vía, are less than 10 minutes away on foot or as we like to say, a walk. Distribution and equipment This one-bedroom apartment in Madrid city center has all the amenities you need to enjoy an amazing stay! I have had a very prestigious designer, who has prepared everything so that it is a modern and elegant decoration. With wooden floors that give a lot of warmth, and a living room that is extremely comfortable. At home you can rest perfectly while you watch the flat screen television. ADDRESSES How to move How to get From the Airport or Train or Bus Station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, which costs €30 for a Taxi and waiting lines, we send you a car and we wait for you, not you ( the price varies depending on the car you need). Metro San Bernardo and Bilbao are the closest stations to the house, just a 3-minute walk away, connecting with Line 2 (red) and Line 4 (brown). It is located 7 - 14 minutes from the Gran Vía, the Cibeles Fountain or the magnificent Retiro Park. There is also a Bilbao metro station just 2 minutes walk away, which connects with L1 (blue) and also L4 (brown), it takes about 9 minutes to get to Plaza del Sol and about 15 minutes to Bilbao train station.
