Description
Bright and sunny apartment, 5th floor with elevator. There is a bedroom (1 double bed), living room (sofa-bed) and a separate bathroom. Free Wi-Fi. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the metro station Entença and you can easily get from the airport.
It is an apartment with lots of light and sun. Six windows facing outside with sun in the morning and in the afternoon.
At 50 meters from the apartment, you will find a supermarket, restaurant-bar, parking and banks. At 300 meters, Entença metro stop of the blue line (line 5), one stop from Sants Central Train Station, two stops from Paseo de Gracia and four stops from the Sagrada Familia. Link with other lines to move around Barcelona. Metro and bus to the Center (Plaza Cataluña and Ramblas).
Typical neighbourhood of Barcelona's Eixample. Near a little-known modernist building: The Industrial School. Abundance of services of all kinds: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, bakery, laundry, hairdressers, parking.
The flat is very well connected by public transportation:

It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are a few basic main rules:
- Keep the apartment in perfect conditions.
- Do not smoke in the apartment.
- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- Do not stay more people in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation
The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night is not included in the price. This amount should be paid on the arrival for people from 17 years old and just for the first 7 nights of the stay.
We deliver the apartment clean and ready for you. During your stay, if you want, you can ask for the optional extra cleaning service.
We are a highly qualified multi-lingual team willing to offer you a perfect stay in our apartments. In addition, in case you need anything during your stay, we have an emergency phone available 24 hours.
