Bright apartment in central in Barcelona, located in the Sant Antoni neighbourhood and just 20 minutes walking from Las Ramblas.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 people:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds.
The apartment can only be rented to families and responsible adults. No young groups, no parties, no noise at night and no smoking.
There is a separate kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI, TV and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances (fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, hob, oven and microwave) and cooking utensils. The towels, sheets and hairdryer are included. There is an elevator in the building and covered parking near the building.
The apartment is decorated with charm, the owner used to live in the apartment.
The apartment in close to Montjuïc Park. Plaça d'Espanya and Las Ramblas are both located within 20 minutes walking distance. And with a pleasant walk of 25 minutes you will reach one of the most beautiful streets of the city, the Passeig de Gracia, where you will find two emblematic buildings of Gaudi: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
Quiet and safe area, with all services needed for an optimal stay in Barcelona. This is one of the most charismatic and elegant areas of the city. It is a very safe area, quiet but at the same time active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighborhood is the most cosmopolitan of Barcelona, where the families are mixed with the young and international atmosphere. In the same street as the apartment there are several restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, etc.
